Description
The Mindray 561A 6 pins Spo2 extension cable can be used for Mindray VS-800 VS800 MEC 100, MEC1000, MEC 200, MEC2000 PM-9000 vital sign monitor machine. This device is to monitor physiologic parameters, including SpO2, PR, NIBP and TEMP, on adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in healthcare facilities by clinical physicians or appropriate medical staff under the direction of physicians. It is not intended for transport or home use.
SpO2 monitoring is a non-invasive technique, used to measure the amount of oxygenated haemoglobin and pulse rate by measuring the absorption of selected wavelengths of light.
The light generated in the sensor passes through the tissue and is converted into electrical signals by the photo detector in the sensor. The SpO2 module processes the electrical signal and displays a waveform and digital values for SpO2 and pulse rate. This device is calibrated to display functional oxygen saturation.
